Testa Barra is an upbeat restaurant  inspired by a spin on modern Northern Italian cuisine. This local neighborhood haunt churns out thin, hand-tossed pizzas as well as scratch-made pasta variations from love and much more. Testa Barra reimagines modern Italian cuisine with a twist! Our talented bar team marries classic recipes with modern concepts, fresh herbs and hand-squeezed juices to create innovative libations.

Opened in 2004, J.Baldwin’s is a a “culinary award-winning” chef owned casual fine dining restaurant experience. It offers a modern American, upscale ambience, complete with its signature calamari and eclectic menu. The menu features fresh seafood, Baldwin’s favorites and the highest quality Angus Reserve steaks and lamb chops. Beverages include an impressive wine list, microbrew beers, and original craft cocktails.
Quickly after meeting at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY, Mike & Gab realized that amongst many things in common was their love for honest, fun food, and skateboarding; both of which translate multi-culturally and bond diversities They are living out their passion doing events and dinners with the Baldwin Restaurant Group forwith their mobile eatery Sk8orPie; serving hand-tossed flatbreads and elevated international street food.
